What we like
- On the navigation page, you can search scooter around you and you have a quick access to the camera to unlock the scooter
- Bird has a "help page" to report potential with the service. The two main issues are highlighted (my scooter is broken and parked in a wrong place) and you have a contact button for all other issues.
